Why aren't there ***ish bad guys in Hollywood movies?

We've had:

The black bad guy. Living in the ******. Being a member of a gang. Robbing stores, dealing drugs and murdering people.

The white bad guy. Being at the top of a criminal organization. The mastermind bad boss. Also often portrayed as a racist or psychopath.

The Asian bad guy. This one kills people for dishonouring the family. Showing no mercy or feelings.

The Arab/****** bad guy. This one usually gets portrayed as a mad *********.

The Italian bad guy. Being part of the mafia. Assasinating people and laundering money.

The Latino bad guy. Very similar as the black bad guy.Living in the ******. Being a member of a gang. Robbing stores, dealing drugs and murdering people. Often covered with tattoos.

But no ***ish bad guy. How come? . I find this very strange considering there being alot of prominent ***ish actors and ***ish figures in the U.S. media. We do get alot of ***ish victim movies though.
