Default Getting back into shape for boxing!

I have been doing weight traing for years now and have come to a point were a wanna train for something not just getting big... Ive joined a boxing club and im now to big bulky and slow from doing heavy weights.

How can i get back into a sleak lean build thats going to make me quicker and more flexible??

Ask your coaches at the gym, they'll be able to help you better than this forum.

Other than that try some yoga for flexibility, I love doing that stuff, feels great. How's your diet? Eat veggies and only lean meat, I'm sure you know to cut out fats and sugars...

My nutrition is good, as you said lean meats and greens all the way.... Its also not body fat that i need 2 shed down its my over all frame......
