I think there are plenty of guys who'd fit the bill at 147 and 154 these days who'd pressure Cotto and see what he has left.

I don't see how he could miss Cotto.

I don't see Cotto being too aggressive when he's beaten to the punch consistently.

Even iron-chinned Mosley got shy against Mayweather.

I'd give Cotto a definite chance against plenty of guys. Just not the top 5 at 154. Or the top 3 at 147.
