He said that negotiations have been rough but that Mayweather and Pacquiao have realized that his fight needs to happen. Yea its on Univision Boxeo where they interview him about Saul Alvarez and future plans on June 6th but its in Spanish.

Awesome if true, my guess is that they have already agreed on drug testing, weight penalties, and gloves. last thing they are working on must be PPV split...
