I have been using the Vibram Five Fingers Bikila model for 2 weeks now.

And I must say, I thought the would be great... but... turns out they are REALLY great.

I no longer have knee/foot pain when running. And I have run in all kinds of high end $120 running shoes. (Asics/New Balance/Brooks/you name it).

Of course my feet, legs, and calves are really sore, which is expected. After 2 weeks of running in these, I definitely feel faster and my legs/feet feel much stronger.

They are even great for everything else such as boxing!

I've seen videos of Rashad Evans and Lovemore Ndou' train in them.
