I think your incredibly confused and the bouncing is not the food but liquids that you drank on an empty stomach, empty because you havnt eaten anything in 5 hours. id say have some crackers or a slice of bread 30 mins before you work out and you should be fine.

i know the problem well, my advice... fill upp on carbs with oatmal in the morning...boring sure but exellent nourisment, stick to easily digestive protein like white meat and in case fish, eat lightly before training, ie fruit and save the redmmeat for after training
