Is there something wrong with me?

I was just taking a shower and my heart rate jumped to 156 beats per minute when I was brushing my teeth. This doesn't normally happen but it has happend in the past. The last time it happend was last year my heart rate just started to race for no apparent reason. It last maybe 5 minutes and then it just goes from 156 to 80 beats abruptly. Is it because I might be a little stressed? I have a job interview and haven't ate breakfast yet?

It's pretty worrisome.

I'm not on anything. I've had a runny nose lately too, I'm thinking its just a combination of stress, hunger, and sickness.

Maybe I overacted a bit.

Sometimes if you bend over to fast this can happen. Even if you just lean over a little bit to spit out your toothpaste.

Or it could be stress related.
