Do you think USADA picks their blood test days RANDOMLY?

If so, it seems like 18 days is too far away from the fight. What is the probability of USADA taking blood tests within (a) 14 days, (b) 7 day, (c) 1-day of the fight?

Because of one fighter refusing blood testing, Because of one athlete in about 100,000 in around the world refusing testing we are going to question the people who carry out the tests instead of asking why that athlete is refusing getting himself tested randomly?

I really think that the tests are random, USADA is not only doing test for boxing.... They are testing all the sports and they won't start doing non-random test for a specific sport. That's just dumb.

as long as the boxers don't know when they're tested i don't care when or how often.

There are randomness intentional around them, but they are not 100% random.

They are not randomly generated numbers. (Unless the days that were picked produced a massive coincidence) Someone good at maths do the calculations to estimate the odds...

Its seems they are consciously picked by a individual/s. They dictated the days. Why were those day picked?, was it to fit around their schedule? How were they picked, decided beforehand or spontaneously done. Did the schedule ever change? This is not 100% random. (Please don't take this as me implying anything dodgy is going on). This is just not random from a Mathematical and Psychological stand point.
