Did Mayweather know that Pacquiao would refuse to compromise at 14 days only to agree to it months later after Mayweather said: "I gave him a chance, up to 14 days. But my new terms are all the way up to the fight. They can come get us whenver, all the way up to the fight, random drug test. That's what it is."
