I did on two occasions, for me it was because I was dehydrated.

If its happening to you, that could also be the case.

They go away after a day or two, don't worry about it. Lots of water and it gets easier over time.

You recently start sparring or has it been happening for the past few years?

oh yeah man, all the time. no matter how hydrated i get being on the verge of concussion after many sparring sessions leaves me with a terrible head ache for a few hours after.

fairly normal if you arent used to getting punched in the head. its gonna take a while for your brain to adjust to it

you are getting hit in the head waaaay too much or waaay too hard if you are gettin headaches. I've had people tell me about headaches that last days froma solid punch and I've had it myself once.. its definitely not something I would allow to be replicated

..keep your hands up and your head moving, if that doesnt work maybe boxing aint for you
