LMAO @ this fool. They said countless times that they will abide by random drug/blood testing rules if it comes from the commision. They just won't bend over for the MBC (Mayweather Boxing Commision). I hope the state commision does implement new drug testing. They can help make this mega fight happen.

Nope, they never said that. They even came out and denied those claims. Its false just like how Manny's so called personal website said he agreed to 14-day testing when in reality, never said a thing. Every time the testing is brought up, they always mention how they will abide by the boxing commision and not Floyd.
