Has Manny or Bob sued ESPN, Teddy Atlas, Tim SMith and the NY Daily News since Teddy and Tim reported that Manny's camp sent emails asking what would be the penalty if Manny tested positive for PED's leading up to the fight?
REASONABLE Fans- Quick question

Nor have they sued Lou DiBella, Paulie Malignaggi , or Kermit Cintron for the accusations that Manny is doing steroids.
Team Pacquiao has been exceedingly quiet about those e-mails. -
Of course they haven't sued any of the names you mentioned above.Comment

i thought that they were tossing malignaggi's name on the lawsuit? i don't know, thought i saw it somewhere. personally i would, i'd go after anyone, not one of those people have any evidence............ freedom of speech is one thing, spreading rumors and defamation is a whole different beast.
bottom line, if there is no proof, there is no case..............Comment

Forgot about Lou. What I remember is that he said "There is a shady character in Pacquiao's camp". He said something of that sort but I don't remember word for word.Comment

something tells me that Pac wouldn't be excited about answering drug-related questions under oath for six hours.
It would also be fair game to question Roach.Comment

I'm just asking about Teddy and Tim. Funny Manny felt he needed to protect his honor against a "crackhead" "excon" but not two major mainstream news organizations worth 10000 times more than floyd sr. and whose outreach is like $200 million people.Comment

If a crackhead made a false accusation, I'd ignore it.
If the Daily News made a false accusation, I would pursue it.
Call me crazy.Comment
