If Pac is on HGH, then he'll be using it right now, not only 24 days before the fight. The cut-off date wouldn't make a difference.

On the World Anti-doping Agency website they said they weren't catching anyone on HGH during the olympics because athletes use HGH out of competition, which means well before the Olympics even started. At that time they didn't have out-of competition testing yet.

24 day cut-off date makes no difference.

I personally dont believe Manny is on anything but if he is on HGH and the tests wont catch it, then what do you do?
like how can it be prevented?

I dont know a thing about these drugs but it seems crazy that HGH cant be caught in any of the tests.

We can't speculate on what Pac is taking. That's what tests are for.
