TBH you can't fault Riley for drafting Beasley.

Rose and Beasley were pretty much the consensus #1 and #2 with Mayo at a close #3.

If the Heat would have gotten #1 they would have taken Rose, but you can't fault Riley for taking Beasley. Beasley had a monstrous season at Kansas State.

All i'm saying is that LeBron's GM is doing a better job at finding the right players to convince his superstar that he has all the helps that he needs. Riley on the other hand isn't doing that. It's inconsistency and motivation that made the Heat team the way it is. he couldn't even find the right Head Coach for that team. I really hope Wade leave the team, he'll probably stay.
