i dont have any weights nor a pull up bar..what are some excerises i can do for my biceps?

have somebody get on their knees and hold the ends of a towel, then grab the middle while standing and do curls while the other person gives natural resistance. otherwise, lifting heavy equipment constantly for work or something might help.

I would serious look into getting a ez curl bar then do 21s there GREAT for biceps. And the great thing is that they are really hard so you won't need to buy a lot of weight.
