Default Question: How to order pay per view?

I don't have HBO, I don't have a converter box, I just have regular cable television. I want to order the Golota-Brewster fight, but is it possible to order PPV without having a box or having HBO, thanks for any help

Brewster/Golota isn't a PPV, so ordering it isn't very likely.

I'd call your cable company and tell them you want to order HBO. If it's not in your budget, cancel it the day after the fight.

If you have digital cable, they can do it in seconds. If you've got to call a guy out, it's going to cost you to pull that stunt.

I'd go to a buddy's house that has HBO...

I pay 15.00 a month for my HBO package on my cable system. Order it for a month and cancel after. Hell, 15.00 a month is cheaper than any PPV. With mine, I also get about 10 variations of HBO channels

Surely a Damon's or an Applebee's or BW3s or some restaurant/bar will have it on one of their TVs.

Hell, I'm going to the fight, but I can record the replay off of HBO2 if it's on Sunday night or later that week. Tracy's taping it for me live just in case; if you ask her, maybe she'd make you a copy, too.

I would eat out a lot more if this was true, Applebees or Buffalo Wild Wings (****ty food by the way) NEVER televises a fight in my neck of the woods. It is always on ESPN or Fox Sports...However when we had Hooters they would always televise wrestling and boxing events but got shut down, because they didnt pay there fees for public viewing...Damn Shame though....

Whenever I eat at applebees and friday night fights is on they always switch the channel....Thats a very homo thing to do.

yeah just about all movie channels moved over to digital cable, so you will need a box, however if your cable company has local offices go to one to p/u a box, add hbo and the next day go turn it back in and cancel hbo, they will only charge you for one day

how old are you? too early to go to a sports bar? cause they put on boxing whenver its on.... even if you are under age you should still be able to go to a sports bar cause i remember skipping school to go watch the world cup at a sports bar.
