It looks like there are more than just a few people who are planning to attend the fantastic fight card on June 18th in Memphis, at least that is what I am getting by all the personal messages!
This event will be much, much, more than just Tarver vs Johnson II - this is going to be one hell of a stacked fight card that doesn't come along very often!
So, since I am having a house built there, and will be in it before the fight, this is my proposal, I will have plenty of room, so I am inviting all who wish to attend the fight to crash at my house for the weekend of the 16th through the 19th of June!
I am also suggesting that you all let me buy the tickets for you, so that all the friends here at BoxingScene can sit together. I also have about 6 or 8 girls from New Orleans coming up for the show, who will also be staying with me and some of them will be Ring Girls for the fight. I can get a special price that nobody else on this website is likely to be able to beat, so plan on being in the lower section, about 50 or 60 feet from the ring - fantastic view, with no refs or cameramen being in your way all night!
Look, I don't make this kind of offer to people who are just jerking my chain, in fact I have never offered a group of people this kind of seat upgrade, much less invited them into my home, so if you are not really going to the fight, please do not waste my time by saying you are! This kind of seat upgrade is something I usually only do for my close personal friends.
I have personaly invited a few of you, and that offer stands, but I am going to open the invitation to all, so that we may be able to have a great weekend together, including a BBQ/party at the old Soundtravelers' crib!

You're beautiful, man. I gotta tell you, that is so cool, what you're doin'. I sure hope nobody screws it up. If I lived in Tennessee, you can bet your ass I'd be there. My bandleader's brother lives in Memphis.
