In their zeal to prevent gay marriage Texas appears to have outlawed ALL marriage!

Part of the wording of a constitutional amendment is this:

This state or a political subdivision of this state may not create or recognize any legal status identical or similar to marriage.

Now I'm no lawyer but the only thing "identical" to a marriage is... a marriage! Way to go Texas! Them damned homersexurals couldn't destroy marriage but you sure as hell did!
