3 miles-Finish last 1/2 mile with intervals(15 second sprint/15 second rest)

Everyday is different and right now i'm just building my way up

Between everything is 30 seconds rest (no more)

Warm-up:shadowbox 3-4 rounds
Stretch 5 minutes

Workout:Heavybag 4 x 3 minute rounds (gonna work my way up)
Speedbag 4 rounds
Double End Bag 2-3 rounds
Sparring - they dont sparr much in my gym but whenever i can i will

10-15 minutes jump rope
pushups,squats,etc.
bodyweight/conditioning drills 1-2 times a week
Core(situps,V-ups,leg raises, etc.)
Ball slams to the stomach
Neck (bridges, curls off the ring, curls with harness)
I work neck 3 times a week
Punch Mitts whenever possible
Plyometrics twice a week

5-10 minute stretch
Go home!

Theres my workout

I'm movin to Detroit in less than 13 months for boxing, and they dont sparr much in my gym for some very weird reason lol

When i move next year I will start sparrin 4-5 days a week etc.
Right now i'm gonna condition the **** out of my self and sparr every chance i get..

Startin this summer, in july, when i get my license, i will be drivin 90 minutes to go to Andre Wards boxing gym in East Oakland so I can get some good sparrin at least once a week till April 31st, 2006!
