Default Running with weights?

What would happen if I ran with two ten pound dumbells?
(One in each hand)

I ran with 2 and 3 pound hand weights. They will tone and define with out bulking up. If I saw some dude running down the road with 10 lb dumbells in each hand the only think that I would think, after I stopped laughing, is that he aint gonna last long..........Rockin'

heres a idea, how about you dont use dumbells. get a 40 pound vest that has adjustable weight so if you cant do 40 you can go lower and work your way up.
