Batman would find a way to shut down Tony's suit. If you're talking about the Batman from Nolan's universe, then Iron Man would wipe him out in less than 30 seconds.

Ironman is solid. He can blast the sh*t outta batman and he can fly.

Anyone can wear Tony's suit and fight crime. Tony is still more vulnerable because everyone knows who he is and where to find him. Iron Monger got inside of Tony's mansion fairly easy and almost killed him. Batman would sneak in Tony's mansion and sabotage all of his suits and high-tech computers.
