Yeah, that's what I thought too. Tyson fanboys are retired and forgotten. Fans of Klitschko, Mayweather, and Pacquiao are currently much more annoying, and soon their time will be up as all three are in their late 30's already.

To answers your questions
1. He would never ko Ali
2.No not the greatest in his prime
3. Yeah, if mike was mentally and physically in shape, he dominates Douglas and stops him.. There was a reason why Douglas was a 42-1 underdog.. The mike that fought berbick, spinks, tucker, tubs, etc would easily beat Douglas
4. Mike was past prime when he fought Holyfield, but Holyfield was even more past it.. Not matter when they fought, Holyfield would always beat Tyson..
5. No one did dominate the ways Tyson did... That's why he gets so much publicity., he absolutely killed guys from 85-89.. He was a destroying machine at his peak, and nothing can ever take that away from him.. Yes he fizzled out, but what pressure fighters don't.. Happened to Frazier hatton etc..n pressure fighters have a very short shelf life, and that's why you see no successful pressure fighters after the age of 30
There was only one mike Tyson, and before or after, in over 100 yrs, nobody has ever performed like he did.,, he was a legit monster

It would annoy you less if you perhaps saw the whole ebb and flow...Like when a stock trader sees a graph of a stock for ten years and it is going up...but then speaks to a group who is viewing a two year graph of the stock in a downward trajectory....lets just say the point of views would be very different.

When Tyson started his reign with a win over Burbic ( I think it was Trevor)...and subsequent he really did look invincible. I remember watching him in college and in grad school and it looked like nobody would touch him, much less touch him up. The guy was so scary that you could see guys really afraid to get in the ring with him...Guys like Michael Spinks, not tomato cans!

It is hard for folks who grew into adulthood with visions of that Tyson to imagine Tyson's hamartie, his downward spiral. Most people who were full sentient boxing fans in those days could not possibly reconcile the Tyson that started to crack and fade...eventually losing to Holyfield... with the juggernaught who went through the division like the old Batman cartoon theme song where you see villians flying about.

Even to this day: Sugar Ali says Tyson would never beat Holyfield...I doubt he was watching tyson live in his prime because there is no way one who saw tyson at his destructive best could believe this. When Tyson was on he might have been the guy left standing if all the heavyweights could have fought...he was that explosive. Not necessarily saying he would be...but I think he would have as good a chance as any.

So what you are dealing with partially is cognative dissodance. Sort of like Jones but not exactly because Tyson was really scary!!

I watched him live..watched him when he beat berbick, Holmes, spinks, etc..i also watched Holyfield and at the time, yeah I would have favored mike, but knowing what I know now, I think Holyfield owns Tyson.. There are published stories of their sparring sessions at the amateur tournaments training sessions, the fact that evander is about the one guy that could be rocked and dropped early but battle back late and mike would fold. I always felt that if mike got past buster, evander would have beaten mike..
But I'm also alittle biased as I will admit to being a huge evander fanboy

Me too, but I still agree with you Sugar also based on what we know about both Tyson and Holyfield now. If they would've got to fight in 1990, that would've been epic. I heard there are some posters from a fight they were scheduled to have in 1991 that were made, even though the fight didn't materialize then.
