When was his actual prime? When was he at his best? I would say 1996-1999?
When did he start to slip? Look at his fight with Clinton Woods in 2002, he wasn't as fast as he was in his prime, you could tell, he wasn't as fast. I think he was past his best before his first meeting with Tarver.
