If you seriously want someone to help you figure out whether or not you're over training, I suggest you be a little more specific.

lift weight in the morning
What kind of lifting? Exercises, sets, reps, weight, your weight, etc.
afternoon stretch alot and do lots of abdominal workouts
What kind of stretching, and what kind of situps? You could be halfassing on the stretches and doing 40 situps, or you could be doing crazy far east stretches and then doing 200 situps...too vague
than later in the night i either jump-rope 30min or go in a swimming pool and swim alot till i get out of the pool dizzy.
Jump rope 30 minutes? You have to be ****ting me, you sound like a kid, lol. Additionally, a bonafied 30 minutes on the rope would dwarf any kind of swimming you would do.

No you're not. Even without specifics you're not.

95% of the people on this forum that post such a thread are not over-training, but are instead feeling tired from a workout and are trying to find an excuse to tone it down some.

Stick with what you're doing.

You can't say "here is my routine, am I overtraining?". For some it may be too much, for others it's not. It depends on the work capacity of the individual. If you find yourself continuously feeling fatigued, weak, or sore then listen to your body and take some rest and/or tone it down. Trying to work out through these symptoms will only result in a steady performance decline.
