I get up at 6am then start work at 7:15 am. Get in at 6pm and training starts at 6:45pm and finished at 8:30 ish so I get home at 9:00pm and by the time i'v had my tea and shower it's 10pm. It's really annoying because I miss going boxing so much.

i'm in the same boat bruh...

I mean i'm for real about my boxing, so i do whatever it is i gotta do. Don't get it twisted, it's fcukin hard; so i feel ya.

I get up at 4:30am as well. Work from 6am-2:30pm get home around
4:00pm...vegetate for 15 minutes, get ready to leave my house at 5:00pm to from 5:30-7:30pm, but then i gotta help teach karate from 8:00pm-9:00....and this is when i don't have school. You throw school or overtime in the mix and i don't sleep, on the real. No wife or kids though, thank god.

Do it maaaan....the harder you push ain't nobody can tell you nuttin. Take the pain.

don't waste time on this forum then mate, get down the gym!! I know what you mean I have a very similar routine to you, but I don't work so many hours, some nights I just can't seem to get going.

I know how you feel man Im in the same position. I dont want them to think I dont care etc i think alot of it is motivation as well though
