Will Floyd Get Full Credit For Beating Pac Since Cotto Softened Him Up?

Im worried PBF wont get the credit he deserves for beating Pac after Cotto beats him, this happens in boxing.

i agree, he wont get credit. in fact im going to go out on a limb and say that even miguel wont get credit for beating pacquiao...the fact is that no matter if pac can make 145 or whatever...he's not a welterweight..and he has to eat a lot to make weight...cotto is going ot have easily 15 pounds on him and i think pacquiao fans are just too fanatical with their "God-Man" and are writing miguel off as if he were a bum..but he's fought the absolute best there is and beaten them, and have forgotten how good he's done against fast southpaws...but oh well let's just see what happens.

bhop, what makes you think floyd fights pacquiao after a loss?

pacquiao gets massive credit for beating guys like de la hoya, hatton, cotto (if he does)
but if cotto happens to beat him, there will be plenty of excuses and cotto wont get the credit he deserves

            You know why right?????

Last year Pac was at 130,,,, and one year later he's fought once at 135, once at 147 and once in 140...

Tell me this,, why doesnt cotto go 3 ****ing divisions where hes at now in one year???? Why doesnt he fight at 154, 160, then a catchweight somewhere past the super middle weight division????

******. because he's a welterweight, he doesn't have to go up divisions where theres no money...wow at you.

                someones clearly upset tonight
all im saying is manny was the favourite against hatton, and will be slim favourite against cotto imo,but when he wins he gets credit like he was the underdog,it doesnt make sense to me
                very sorry to offend you

Youre right there are two circumstances where youre almost in a cant lose situation, one is when youre old and the possibility of losing such as Hopkins, if he loses it doesnt hurt him because he is old, the other situation is when youve jumped multiple weight classes to fight others, if you lose well its not looked bad upon because youre fighting bigger guys. Youre right if Pac loses to Cotto, he more than likely wont fight Floyd next.

You worrying makes absolutely no sense because he has never gotten credit for any big wins so why would they start with Pacquiao. Thats why people say he has never fought anybody his entire career yet FMJ was the #1 ranked fighter the past 4 years. And been called the new Ray Leonard since dismantling Genarro Hernandez for his first WBC belt.
