hello i was wondering if anyone could tell me what i could sub pasta and rice for
i normally eat brown rice but i was told that to drop some weight i should take all the carbs out of my diet
any help would be awesome

You need carbs for energy I think . It's really just overall calories .I red your body cant function proper without some carbohydrates

dropping carbs is idiotic whoever told you that is a ****tard.
basic human requirements just to function -
2000 calories, 30 percent fat, 20 percent protein, 50 percent carbohydrates
astonishing how few people know this. Why it isn't one of the first things kids learn is beyond me.
