The creativity and technique is not great in English footballers, which is the only thing Spanish players would beat us on. Everything else we're pretty much equal on.

England seem to produce 'sound' players. They can pass the ball very well, possession is great. But when it comes to flare, they aren't really 'allowed' to exhibit it.

It's Yanks and the fact they think they know anything about real Football. Instead they watch leagues such as La Liga where a player like Messi can take on about 3 League 2 players at once and get away.

There are so many bad players in La Liga that it makes other players look amazing.
