I thought about this, and as much as i want to see Chris VS Wlad, i think Chris just isn't ready, and to take it on short notice is probably a worse idea, if he wasn't undefeated i'd say WTF go for it, but his undefeated record increases his marketability, and if he does end up fighting a klitschko some day and winning and remaining undefeated he becomes super marketable.
