Which boxing style/strategy is fit the best for winning?

There's a lot of ways you can approach the game. I think one of the most effective is a strong fighter that moves forward and pressures. This style usually with good stamina can beat a majority of the fighters in the game.

Think about some of them Williams, Pavlik, Marg, Froch, Baldomir, etc. The list goes on. A lot of these guys have been succesful.

There are plenty more. Your thoughts?

I would go for winning rounds while reserving energy and picking the opponent apart like PBF

No one style is the "best". Depends on the fighter and their attributes.

Personally the old axiom "a boxer always beats a brawler/puncher" is there for a reason.

Depends on the fighter and his physical attributes. The same style don't work for everybody.

if your an average fighter, like lets say kessler, the traditional textbook style is the best

not always. people said the same about ali vs frazier 1. marciano and foreman beat boxers, lamotta beat robinson once, but i see what your saying, most of the time they win.

it's a comment on style. individual fighters can break any style. Exceptions are not the rule however.

Remember it's boxing, a game of hit and not be hit. It's the "manly art of self defense" etc. etc. So therefore obviously the smart strategy is to be an outside boxer and pick people apart technically.

Obviously no one style is universally the most effective.

Every individual has differing physical and mental attributes which will determine which style will be most effective for them.
