Floyd Mayweather and Bob Arum history

Floyd Mayweather Jr., in several times, had stated that he will not get involved in a fight with Bob Arum. He stated that he doesn't do business with Bob Arum. Many of his loyal fans (nuthuggers) used that statement to explain why PBF would not fight Cotto; that PBF was not ducking Cotto.

Now that it seems that PBF did not invested his "money" well and plans to come out of retirement... now he wants to fight JMM at 147lbs, a weight in which PBF will have all the advatange. Eventually, he wants to fight PAcquiao... probably at 147lbs too.


Now the questions are...

"Is PBF going to fight with Pac even though he is under contract with Bob Arum???"

"Is he going to eat the **** he talked and swallow his pride as he said many times before he was not going to be in business with Bob Arum?"

"Is he ever going to fight an opponent who is a natural WelterWeight???"

"If he fights JMM, who is the next "WW super star" that Floyd Mayweather Jr. will fight next??? Timothy Bradley??? Joan Guzman??? Valero???"


IMO, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is not the same man he was until 2005. Now he only will take fights were he has the obvious advantage. (except for the Judah fight) Unless he fights one of the Top WelterWeights at 147lbs, PBF is simply a chicken, a coward.

I remember Bob Arum saying that he could of made Floyd Mayweather Jr the next Suger Ray Leonard, he could of been the next Golden Boy. But instead Mayweather Jr chose not to follow the good guy image and wanted to have the bad boy persona.

Money over respect, PBF made that decision 4 years ago. I don't know how many times I had written this, but here I go again... PBF was one of my favorite boxers until fighting Gatti, Mitchell, Baldo, ODLH and Hatton... and then self-proclaiming he was the best ever, and that he fought everybody that was a challenge and everybody there was to fight from 130lbs to 154lbs. How can he call himslef the best WelterWeight without fighting a top welterweight in the division??? PBF and his nuthuggers are full of ****.

Floyd hasn't confirmed that he's looking to fight Marquez or Pacquiao, and Floyd didn't wanna be Arum's *****. Floyd can do business with who he wants.
