What would set you lot back?

I hate using excuses and I usually blame myself when something goes wrong, but in sports and stuff I blame my parents, they show no support, they give no encouragement, they won't let me buy a punch bag (which is really annoying because I have to pay to use the gym everytime I want to have a go at the bag) but just basically I lose the will to carry on with the sport. I am new to boxing but have always wanted to box since I was about 5 years old, I have always shadow boxed and stuff but I do seriously blame my parents for me being fat, I know I am the one that puts the food in my mouth and I am the one that makes me exercise but because they don't show me any support it is almost like preventing me mentally.

How do you overcome mental issues like this?

dont worry about getting the bag, just go down the gym and train, dont worry bout the cost because that is the only way you can learn how to box.

He's purposely lowering expectations because he promised so much to get votes, just like the Democrats promised to get out of Iraq to get the majority in Congress in 2006. In some countries, it's illegal to promise hand-outs, etc during elections.
