Default Am I overtraining?

I used to do pilates once every 2 weeks but now that ive got abit more free time I do pilates twice in one week. 30 minutes at a time.
I also walk to the grocery store instead of drive; it seems my body is failing me, my muscles hurt and my heart is heavy.
Am i overtraining?

Man, your heart is probably heavy from all the extra walking you're doing. You better cut that ****e out before you build up too much heart muscle and it sinks into your stomach and gives you some kind of cardiac arrest.

I'd start driving back to the grocery store mate.
