http://www.kulturystyka.pl/atlas/plecy.asp - there you have got animations. Just do the same exercises. If you want to know more I can translate it but I think these animations should be enough
Remember one thing: Train only one big part of your muscles at once (one training = one big part). Don't train your chest (thorax) and after that your back. 3 trainings per week: 1st day chest (thorax) + biceps, 2nd day back + triceps, 3rd day legs + shoulders. <-- this is only a small example.
