Like I said in the last thread you made about this () Hatton has to lose 40-50 lbs to make weight, because of this he needs to hydrate more after the weigh in so the extra 10-15 lbs he puts on is all WATER. Floyd walks around at his fighting weight therefore he doesn't have to work as hard to make weight and is fully hydrated.

Look at the picture above and you will see Mayweather is HUGE compared to Hatton. Mayweather is a natural Welterweight.

Hatton walks around heavier because Hatton is FAT outside the ring. It's like talking to a newbie here, you know they call him Ricky Fatton? Well that's why.

Mayweather handles the weight better than Hatton, he's grown into Welterweight now and I find it very hard seeing him making Light Welterweight at his age now.

These guys don't understand that you can't kill, but only shrink, fat cells. A naturally fat person can never get as lean as a naturally lean person, so that complicates comparing "fight night" weights.

Even if Hatton had some kind of size advantage, it is more that offset by the height and freakish reach advantages that Mayweather has/had over him.

But by Flawless' logic, DLH would be smaller than Hatton, since Oscar started at 130 and Hatton started at 140.

Mayweather at WW is 148 and Hatton at WW is 158. Very small weight advantage.

So what Mayweather got longer reach. Boxing is based on weight not reach
