How much of a factor will ****m be in Shane vs Margarito

I have mad respect for ****m Richardson and Feel he one of the top three trainers in the game and THE BEST Tactician and game planner. I also feel that if anyone is going to set up an effective game plan against Margarito, it's going to be ****m. As Margarito fan I have a little fear in me......what do you guys think, how much of a factor will he be?

I doubt Richardson can do anything if age has caught up to Mosley but if age hasn't caught up to Mosley, Richardson can be a big factor.

You really can not teach an old dog new tricks, atleast in a couple months. If Shane can be active enough he has a shot, but I do not know if he can say active enough for the whole fight to actually win it. Mayorga is an akward guy to fight so I don't want to put to much stock in that fight, but Mosley did look bad after round 7 (I think it was round 7 were Mosley really put it on Mayorga, but then followed it with 4 rounds of nothing).

As an aside, Shane Mosley is the guy who always make the throw something at the screen and yell "**** do something Shane anything damnit". I do not think that is a good attribute to have in a fight against Margarito unless you are a very good technical boxer and Mosley has never been that. I do not think Richardson can turn him into one either in such a short time.

I'd have said Shane is an excellent technical boxer, at his peak he had everything in spades, he set up attacks off the jab, had a superb defense, footwork, flashy combination work, just like the Sugars of old!

Hes a bit past his best now.

Mosley is one of my favorites, but Jesus himself couldnt help him beat Margarito at this point.

mayorga is the perfect guy to test if you still have the reflexes and mindset to pull the trigger. mosley just stood there with a blank look on his face for 12 rounds. its over.

Without ****m I seriously doubt Hopkins performances against Trinidad, Tarver and Pavlik wouldn't be AS great. His wins wouldn't have been as dominate with out ****m. For me he IS THE BEST trainer in the game......

                1. ****m
                2. Floyd Sr.
                3. Roach

He did not do that every round, but some rounds he did do absolutely nothing (which is one of the reason I throw **** at the screen whenever I watch Mosley fight because this is not the first time he has done that kind of thing). Mosley has never been a 1 punch kayo guy either or a super skilled boxer.

He did not look good at all in that fight though I was not even denying it. I also favor Margarito to win, but you do not really know how the styles would mesh together so I can not count Mosley out for sure.

Thats why he has a great shot at winning this , stick and move Shane can where Cotto couldnt , Cotto boxed Margos ears off early but Cotto is not fluid enough to move for 12 rds , Mosely is .
