my mother is a yellow aziatic...she ages way less than a caucasion..my pops is dark.

aging really depends on many factors though..stress..diet.

bernard...physically...hasnt aged badly because its obvious he takes care of himself..he doesnt smoke..he said he doesnt drink..im sure he follows the sun cycles in terms of sleep...

but again it has to do with diet.. the ethnic mexican diets contain starches and rice(garbage unless its wild rice)
