Yawn. We've been over this before. Who is "we" again? If you call whatever the **** the OP wrote as English you need serious therapy my friend.
You didn't invent ****. Your PEOPLE didn't invent **** either. The Original inhabitants of England spoke a Celtic language. English is a Germanic language with Latin mixed in. The tribes most responsible for English (they displaced the Celtic languages at the time) were Angles, Saxons and Jutes. So no, you didn't invent it. You invented Celtic and no- we don't need to use that one at all. Hell the Normans added more words and vocab than the original inhabitants ever did. So if I want to thank anyone for English I'll go to the Germans, French, Italians, Romans before I ever thank you. Awaits angry response. |
