Glutamine works throughout the day.

ZMA-Recovers you more quickly and you take it before bed.

BCAA, creatine, l-glutamine. But really, there is no replacement for sleep. Any supplement you take won't have it's real effect if you're not well rested. Oh, and drink lots of water when on creatine.
