Mayweather NEVER GAVE A (****) about the WW divison. BUT the WW division needed him 2

You know the only reason Floyd went to 147 was to chase a fight with De la hoya...
Floyd was about to leave the WW division after 1 fight. (Mitchell)

He was about to go straight to 154(where oscar was at) to fight Spinks....But the fight did not materialize because of lack of interest. and Spinks demanding to much.

So he decided to fight the Winner of the baldomir/Judah Fight which he thought ultimately would be Judah. In which he would set up a Big fight with Judah to see who was the baddest of their era...

Judah lost, but the fight still happen because of the fight still sparked alot of interest. After Judah. People try to discredit that win and said Floyd should of fought the man that beat Judah. So Floyd Decide to do so

So decided to fight Baldomir to see who the real welther weight champion was .a fight in which everybody thought would be his riskiest fight for the Lineal Welterweight title.

After that Fight, He got his dream Fight with Oscar De La Hoya.and then Retired.

But then Popular UNDEFEATED number # 6 p4p call him out to fight.
In which was going to be at 140. But Hatton didnt want to put up his belt. So the fight was place at 147.

So if you look at Sequences of events...You would know Floyd really never gave a **** about the WW division, He was first chasing Oscar....And then Could not pass up an Opportunity to Knock out a very popular undefeated fighter in Ricky Hatton.

So what you are saying is that Mayweather was De La Hoya's biggest fan?
Kind of an obsession don't you think?

Mayweather wanted De la hoya's Fame
De La hoya wanted Mayweather status and Prestige.

But Mayweather knew the only way to make the fight happen was to moved to 147 or 154 and to leave Bob Arum.

Mayweather was about to leave the WW division after 1 fight...and go straight 154 (Oscar's division)

Your posts are bulkier than most, yet they lack the content of an article. I guess I'm trying to say that I'm not sure what this thread is all about. I thought it was common knowledge Floyd didn't give a **** about the WW division?

The point is that Anybody who knows about the boxing knows that Mayweather focus was never on the WW division.

But if you come on this site. and Once again The Mainstream Hardcore fans are demanding him to come out of retirement to clean out a division he never gave a **** about.and since he didnt clean out the division they are trying to discredit. his whole career.

forgeting what he did previous to the WW dibision and what he did Past the WW division.
