He also challenged for the IBO title losing a close decision to Mike Oliver.

I think it'll be another decent test for Gamboa.

He's at least as good as the 36 y/o guy he replaced, so at least we're not losing ground here. But he isn't on the level of Darling Jiminez, for example.
