If Trevor Berbick, Tony Tucker and a 38 year old Larry Holmes who hadn't fought in 2 years and was the heaviest of his career at that point are 3 of Tyson's 5 best wins then Mike is in trouble. Michael Spinks more than a year off his last fight, the heaviest of his career, in his final fight and 40 lbs above his best weight is pretty weak as well. And Spinks wouldn't have been undefeated if he wasn't given two gifts against an old Larry Holmes.

That was his competition though. He just happened to have all his big name fights after his prison sentance.

Tyrell Biggs should be on that list to, if he didn't fought in the tyson era he would have been an HOF.

                Tony Tucker

I think those are the top 3, the Ruddock fights were pretty good wins, the first fight was a controversial stoppage though.

do you ever give mike credit for anything, seriously? i hope you rank him somewhere at 99 of all the journeyman and clubfighters. he would deserve that much on the bum list, as long as it's not a hundred.

also there's something wrong with the poster who for some odd reason considers marciano's opposition stronger, and ranks joe walcott above tyson. there's something really wrong with that.

The same Biggs that was KOd by Damiani and Gary Mason back to back while in his prime? Very good amateur fighter but HOFer?
