You will always see haters knocking Black boxers like Roy Jones & PBFM careers. For example some people say PBFM never beat a REAL WW. They disregard the fact he beat Oscar, Judah, & Baldomir. All 3 men held the REAL WW title at some point in their career.

Some Hate on Roy claiming he never beat anyone. They disregard victories over future HOF fighters like Trinidad, Hopkins & Toney. The fact is Floyd is a LW & Roy is a MW. I for one am happy they decided to move up in weight in their careers instead of camp out a the lowest weight class possible their entire career like some others.

I agree that sometimes fighters do not get the credit that they deserve for moving up one or even several weight classes, however to distinguish between colour is a bit ridiculous.

Anyway, black fighters aren't the only ones who move up weights.. I got many examples of other fighters of different ethnicities such as Roberto Duran that fought in 6 different weight classes..

I agree. I laugh at some of these other champions (all colors) who just stay in a weight they feel confortable and have the ABC orgs to fix them "mandatory challengers" who are nothing more than 2 bums fighting for a tittle chance.

Colour is irrelevant, Oscar moved up in weight, Calzaghe recently but a little late, Pacquiao has moved up 7 weight classes, Morales and the like have done it. Hagler was black and didn't move up and he's an ATG.
