Carl Froch the new Antonio Margarito!!

He is one of if not THE most avoided boxer around now.

Watch this video, shows just how genuine this guy is.

I think it's disgusting the way he is being treated, all he gets is "he's not a name, hes not a known fighter". I agree he isn't but give the man a ****ing chance otherwise he will never become a name he's the WBC's no1 contender ffs.

Agree totally. I think now JC has moved up, Froch annd Kessler are the best two in the world. You get yank Arseh*les hyping up bull**** fights with d1ckheads like Lacy. Its a joke that Froch has been avoided for so long.

      Yea check the WBC ratings.

      1 .- Carl Froch (GB) BBBoC/COMM
      2 .- Jermain Taylor (US)
3 .- Dennis Inkin (Russia) INTL
      4 .- Jean Pascal (Haiti/Canada) LATINO/NABF
      5 .- Jurgen Brahmer (Germany)
6 .- Karo Murat (Germany) EBU
      7 .- Andre Ward (US)
      8 .- Fulgencio Zuñiga (Colombia)
      9 .- Markus Beyer (Germany)
      10 .- Alejandro Berrio (Colombia)
      11 .- Marcus Johnson (US)
      12 .- Jeff Lacy (US)
      13 .- Vitaly Tsypko (Ukraine)
      14 .- Edison Miranda (Colombia)
      15 .- Mads Larsen (Denmark)

Why the **** is Lacy even in the picture.

Boxing's downfall is living on "name" fighters for too long, when the much better boxers are getting ignored.

I m just happy that he is being talked about at last!! Not just by the boxing "experts" but by FANS as well, people seem to all of a sudden know who he is and have some respect for him...about time people gave the guy some credit..

agreed, he has a decent amatuer pedigree too and is a MUCH better boxer than people give him credit for, ive been a fan of the Cobra for years now and its about time he got his dues.

I doubt they're scared of him it's just that he doesn't bring a lot of money to the table. This is the problem Witter has.

Na they are not scared of him, but what i'm saying is British boxers never get a chance.

Why do you think after like 40 odd fights Hatton and Calzaghe go noticed, No American would give them a chance before then because they were not a "name".

Boxing should learn from these mistakes.

I for one would much rather see Froch v Taylor than Lacy v Taylor.

I think Froch is being to kind to Taylor and Dibella,if he would of said Jermain is scared of him and knows he will be beat, the fight would most likely get made.Taylor is afraid of no one, even when Dibella advised him against a rematch with Pavlik he said "make the fight" and this was right after he was knocked senseless.

Also, once given the chance to fight for a proper title, should he win then he will start to command more money, he is an exciting fighter who just needs big names to enhance his status in the sport, once he has defended a title a few times against decent opposition he will start to bring more $$$ to the table, and by the way, i wouldnt be at all suprised if there was an element of ducking going on, Froch hits like a ****ing mule and as i have said, he is a much better boxer than he is given credit for.
