Agree. Cotto is a poor mans Trinidad (he has no personality) He would still beat Hatton though.

Cotto would beat Hatton at 147, at 140 its close IMO.

Hatton is the bigger draw by far out of the two, Cotto-Judah and Cotto-Gomez ratings should tell you otherwise.

CLEARLY. Cotto couldnt draw 8,000 fans to watch him fight Gomez, a bum, while Hatton draws 55,000 fans to watch him fight an even bigger bum

We want to see the best fight the best.

That's what it all comes down to. Cotto isn't as popular as a Hatton, but he's not exactly a John Ruiz either. He brings a crowd in, he has PR on his back and he's the most legitimate contender to Mayweathers supremacy

If he beats Margarito in July boxing fans should unite to DEMAND this damn fight, bottom line.

What are you talking about? Cotto-Gomez had 9,427 fans in attendance, which was about 5 or 600 hundred less than the announced attendance for Taylor-Pavlik I, and pretty much the same number as Mayweather-Baldomir.

Anyway, Hatton is clearer the bigger draw. Hell, he's a bigger draw than Oscar. Can Oscar sell 55,000 tickets fighting Juan Lazcano? I doubt it.
