You should do any of all 3. You should continue to challenge yourself at anyt of this skills. What is your ultimate goal? Do you wwant to test you grappling, stand up, boxing???
What are your priorities in training? If you get hurt in one or the other, what concequences will it have in the other events that you might want to participate?
This are some of the questions that you ahve to ask yourself and answer honestly. Then and only then you can make a smart and sound choice of which event you want to put your effort and energy.
