Ignore all them. 4 sets of 25 four times a day could easily be done. Just because these cunts can't be arsed doing it don't let there ****ty attitudes have a negative affect on what you do. Keep it up and see how you feel after a few weeks, although you'll probably be huge if you keep that up. You'd probably be better off doing 100 in the morning and 100 at night.
