Audley Harrison owes me and you 4 pence!

As a tax payer, for my TV license, of which im obligated to pay if i own a TV. The BBC used part of this to invest 1 million in Audely harrison.
Now i cant speak for everyone but i would like a refund, based on the 25 million TV licenses, i work it out that im owed 4 pence!!
