ive been watching some videos of ike, saw him slap tua around.. wow that african had some impressive moves..

they tell me he is also crazy in the coconut and may be released from jail 2007..

the interesting part is how did he train, what did he eat as a child, what, what?!

whats the name of the prison he is in..?

we should contact the guy and make him educate us, he must have some spare time..

it sure would contribute more to the quality of this section than spinxjinks and jabsrstiff beeing so darned for sure about everything they post..

and we need some links to some heavy verified training theory stuff. you know, theres a community for this stuff out there somewhere.. go through universities, olympic organisations, it must be quite simple to knit these threads together..?

Ike was trained by the excellent Curtis Cokes. Cokes was a pretty damn good welter champ from the 60's.
