Default Mouth Guards
I'll move this to the training journal but I posted it here so others would see it. If you don't have one yet or need a new one like for August, please try this.....It's recommended by IKF and a bunch of other organizations. I have one and they feel good.

mine was around $20. I did some research in them and I guess they work. I spar with mine but I haven't got tapped on the chin with it yet
